Vario Systems, Inc. Selected db constructors to design and build their new state of the art high tech electronic two story manufacturing facility on Kimball Avenue in Southlake, Texas.

A unique flooring design with polished porcelain tile accents was utilized along with custom cherry veneer accent panels throughout. Interior glass partition walls were treated with a special film to create additional privacy. The multi-level open staircase shown above included stainless cables under tension that were custom made out of Seattle, WA.
