  • Defining project scope and performance requirements

  • Coordinating/conducting site analysis, selection, testing, and preparation

  • Leading in forming a collaborative team of professionals

  • Coordinating public/community/user program addressing issues/concerns

  • Administering progress payments to assure that all current expenses are paid in a timely manner

  • Monitoring work site safety programs, for both project workers and for individuals  using the facility during construction.
