With
a need for on time delivery and quality construction, Zaremba Group Developers
chose d/b constructors as the general contractor to build Progressive
Insurance’s new prototype 17,500 square foot automobile claim center.
This
facility boasts a level 5 office finish, fully air conditioned 16 bay inspection
area, and dual drop off and pick up canopies. The building is concrete tilt
panel construction with a 60 mil TPO (thermoplastic membrane) roof covering on
3.5” polyisocyanurite insulation.
With a continual weekly and often daily schedule evaluation,
d/b constructors was able to meet the owner’s required delivery date.
