Paula Jefferson & Associates, P.C. is a local, certified
public accounting firm located at 840 Thousand Oaks Drive, a City Development in
Hurst, Texas, who offer accounting services to a wide range of clients.
The Jeffersons selected the d/b constructors’ team to design
and build their upscale client friendly office building.
The wood frame structure incorporates a brick/split-faced masonry exterior with
a green standing seam metal roof, low E insulated aluminum framed windows,
custom made oak doors and a secured iron fenced parking area with a covered
canopy for their employees.
Inside finishes include linear, wall sconces and standard
lay-in lighting, ceramic tile, carpet and vinyl tile flooring, decorative stone
accent walls, tegular acoustical ceilings, solid core oak pre-finished colonial
architectural doors, metal door frames and an extensive amount of custom built
millwork cabinets, counters and a semi-circular reception center.
The Jeffersons and their office team were very involved with
the initial design development of their facility and have expressed how pleased
they are with the end result.
