Heat
and Control selected d/b constructors to design and build their new engineering
and regional sales facility in Flower Mound, Texas.
The
design team continues to work closely with the owner in order to meet both the
stringent requirements of Flower Mound’s Planned Development #83 while still
maintaining the original project budget.
Construction is scheduled to begin in December, 2006 and be completed in July,
2007.
