Coca Cola Bottling Company, selected d/b constructors to design and build their new expansion at The Fossil Creek Facility.

The project consisted of the following:

• Approximately 14 acres of heavy-duty 8” concrete truck staging, loading and parking.
• 110,000 square feet of new distribution and warehouse.
• 20,000 square feet of office expansion.
• 9,000 square feet controlled- access facility.
• Over one mile of heavy-duty industrial galvanized, powder coated, tubular steel security fencing.
• 78,750 square feet of new asphalt employee drive and parking lot.
• 886,500 gallons architectural pave stone detention pond with 5,000 linear feet of underground storm drainage.
