The
first project Purvis Bearing Service selected d/b constructors team to design
and build was a 14,636 square foot new sales and warehouse facility located in
Fort Worth. The team architect for the project was GSBS Batenhorst.
Since building the first facility, Purvis Bearing Service has
continued to select d/b constructors to build their main corporate office
warehouse in Dallas, and their satellite facilities in Houston, Bridgeport,
Tyler and Corpus Christi for a total of 101,361 square feet of new construction.
Our goal is continuous improvement in the delivery of
construction services. Beginning with our strong foundation of experience,
integrity and quality, and continuing with our personal attention, open book
policies and guaranteed maximum prices offered to each client.
The
district sales office was built in Tyler, Texas in 1998. This building consists
of 7,200 square feet and is constructed of a pre-engineered structure with a
standing seam metal roof system with exterior exposed aggregate concrete tilt
wall panels sealed and color finished with a semi-opaque black acrylic finish.
The interior finished space includes a warehouse area, sales, private office and
two physical handicap restrooms.
