Curtis Steel Corp., a coiled and flat steel distributor,
selected d/b constructors, inc. to design and construct their new 22,500 square
foot office distribution warehouse located in Great Southwest Industrial Park in
Grand Prairie, Texas. Harry Allison was the team architect.
The
building structure is a pre-engineered building system, and the warehouse was
designed for (1) 10-ton and (1) 5-ton bridge crane with large overhead doors on
each side of the warehouse to allow flat bed trucks to drive through for loading
or unloading.
The office exterior walls are finished with field-painted,
split-faced masonry and the roof is covered with blue factory-finish
architectural standing seam metal panels with a matching vertical fascia.
