Atco Rubber Products Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of flexible heating and air conditioning duct systems.

The first project Atco Rubber Products Inc. selected the d/b constructors team to design and build was a 92,496 square foot new dock high warehouse facility across the street from the corporate facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Since doing that first project our construction team has completed a total of ten different projects totaling 323,400 square feet of new building space for a value of $8,377,202.00.

The major building project consists of the following buildings and all were large attractive concrete tilt wall structures with metal standing seam roof systems:

• 92,496 square feet of warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas.
• 57,318 square foot addition in Fort Worth, Texas.
• 92,000 square foot office, manufacturing, and warehouse in Sacramento, California.
• 72,000 square foot office, manufacturing, and warehouse in Houston, Texas.

The d/b constructors team has continued to be of service to Atco Rubber Products Inc. since 1993 on both large and small projects.
