Atco Rubber Products

Atco Rubber Products, Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of flexible heating and air conditioning duct systems.

The first project Atco Rubber Products, Inc. selected the db constructors team to design and build was a 92,496 square foot new dock high warehouse facility across the street from the corporate facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Since doing that first project our construction team has completed a total of ten different projects totaling 323,400 square feet of new building space for a value of $8,377,202.00.

The major building project consists of the following buildings and all were large attractive concrete tilt wall structures with metal standing seam roof systems:

• 92,496 square feet of warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas.
  
• 57,318 square foot addition in Fort Worth, Texas.
  
• 92,000 square foot office, manufacturing, and warehouse in Sacramento, California.
  
• 72,000 square foot office, manufacturing, and warehouse in Houston, Texas.

The db constructor’s team has continued to be of service to Atco Rubber Products. Inc. since 1993 on both large and small projects.
