db constructors was selected from an extensive field of general contractors to construct a 300,000 square foot concrete and steel building for Schuller
International’s Cleburne facility. The building is used to warehouse fiberglass insulation products produced on a 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule.

The facility consolidated Schuller’s warehouse operations in Cleburne where the
company employs approximately 350 workers.

db was selected by Schuller International following extensive interviews with five
general contractors. Project cost was $4 million plus.
